Apexi Power Fc And Transbrake

Recommended Posts

Guys,

Im considering converting my GTR to 2WD car and was wondering if the Power FC has an input that allows the transbrake to trigger the power FC to limit the revs to a pre-set rpm.

If anyone knows the if it can be done I would appreciate the help

Ive already got the GTR and done alot of work to get it read for the engine etc. Im just tossing around the idea just want to know if it can be done.

Not interested in people telling me I am wrong in doing it

didnt exactly mean im telling you your wrong for doin it.. just curious as to why..

anything can be done just comes down to money.. as far as i know power fc does actualy have a stationary rev limit feature how ever you need the proper software to accesss it (just goin by wat ive been told.. so theres a 50/50 chance im wrong)

also i'd imagine setup for drag.. so 4wd would be an advantage i'd imagine.. wat times are you looking at running?

nice target.. i wouldnt really worry to much about goin to a setup with transbrake and rwd... many many people have done so using 4wd.. weather it be using slicks or street tyres just learn to shift gears quickly with out missing :O

good luck achieving your target dude i plan to run similar times in the s13 once ive finished everything that i want to do to it (using a manual aswell not a auto)

if you just want to convert it to RWD, if its a R32, just pull the ATESSA fuse in the engine bay.

If its a R33/R34, you can drop the front drive shaft at the transfer case, this will make the car RWD too.
