Planning bucks party :) .....

I dont know what this invoves but i have a strange feeling that my buddies mean to "Test" the varities of products that brissi has to offer. :D

I cant drive yet so for now i'm just participating in these forums, he he he sign up when i get some money. and then will go out when my baby has all the work done to her finished. :D

would love to but dont have a lincence ATM. he he he with so much going on in the media about police craking down on hoons i dont think i will risk it and drive up there. but as soon as i can i will be attending EVERYTHING!!! HA HA HA then you 'll with you never meet me!! :D

yup. me too *nods*

I'm at work and the car is all fixed now. It turns out they had done all the work on getting it tuned, but the map didn't upload properly at the end of it all, so we were driving around on, what was esentially, an untuned car, with all new bits! But anyway, it's all done now. Yippee!!!

I haven't had a random story to tell for ages! Probably because I haven't DONE anything stupid in ages. And that's probably because I haven't had ALCOHOL in ages... no wait... that's a lie!

Last Friday I got a message from one of Andy's mates asking if we wanted to go for after work drinkies in the mall. So in I go, and after the shite week i'd had, I thought i'd drown my sorrows with a few vodkas. Well... a few turned into 9. And by 7pm I was staggering down the mall to do some shopping. NOT a good idea

At home, into bed. Well, not without first waking the entire apartment block up with my drunken ramblings and giggling and carying on. Eventually I passed out (around 9.30pm) and woke up at 11 with one HELL of a stomach ache, and proceeded to vomit all over the bathroom until midnight, when I flopped back into bed. Woke up nice and early Saturday morning feeling FAB, but with a very VERY sore back. I remember now, there was a reason I was not to drink... something to do with my kidneys :D

So does it go better now?

Don't know. According to Andy, yes.

can you guys and gals recomend anywhere good for a bucks night? doesn't have to have to be smutty, i'm sure well end up at a strip joint buy the end of the night.

Ummm... I've been to a couple hens nights now, and I know they'd be vastly different, but one place that always stands out is zenbar. Go there to start, have a feed, and they have decently priced drinks too. http://www.zenbar.com.au/

Chill on Queen is a personal fave of mine, simply because they have SO MUCH VODKA!!! http://www.chillonqueen.com/

Other than that, any pub is good to run amok in :D

I cant drink for a few months, glandular fever sucks!

And last day of holidays.......

 *holds hands in air* nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

    • By popular demand.. it was a coil. Got my hands on 1 new OEM coil, replaced with the one that made the less noise difference when I unplugged it while the car was running and started the car up. No stutter and the engine light was gone. I guess I’ll buy the other 5 they have lol
    • No, code 21 is very straightforward. It can only be the things described in that diagnostic flow. In fact it has no way of knowing that the spark plug resistance is out of spec.
    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
