Hell yes the sub frame sits on bushes that it moves about on, the pineapples remove that movement, I noticed it straight away.

pinaples are good. mainly a tightass way or tightening up flogged out subframe bushes.

yes but how many people have the time/patience to replace the bushes themselves? i'm dredding doing it to mine, but it'll certainly be worth it.
