i'll call the onsite managers first, i dislike them as well and waking them at 11 will annoy them!!! Plus they have to annoy one of their tenants, so its a double win for me.

yes call the boys in blue lol.. say ur a hard working man and need ur sleep

haha yea the "now" was because i was going to get pg ownership but you beat me too it...i've got a good story for the boys in blue on public nuisance and peaceful rights of enjoyment....

if they don't tone it down in the next hour they're up shits creek, gf has to get up early tomorrow and im generally over their crap as they party almost every night...oh and they're americans.

just march up and knock on door and say "fair crack at the sav guys!" see what they say.... they probably never herd that saying in there lives before! then if they start being c**ts tell them im giving you 5 mins to tone it down or the cops are being called .

hahahahahahahahaha, so funneh....I called them they didn't answer. I hang up and call again....they answer I say, "This is rediculous, the americans are partying again like they do every night and whilst im sure they're having a great time on their vacation they call going to uni abroad, im sick of it. Can you please call them and tell them to turn the music down and close their doors or i'll ring the police and ask them to do it formally."

"She apoligizes and says they will call them now to ask them to turn it down."

*hears music being turned down upstairs and phone ring*

*waits a while and a few people leave, now the music is back up*

looks like they want the police to come around?

HAHAHAHA just called onsite management again, no answer but it diverts to mobile, he answers and I say "honestly something has to happen or the next call I make is to the police" "he goes i'm on my way to see them"

LOL Few minutes later i hear him outside their apartment and now there is no music and no noise....finally the managers actually earn some of our enormous body corporate fees.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
