Federal ss595? They grip pretty well really...or second had ones from treads

The get RE55s for the stockers

hmm yess, but i spose ill have traction issues with any tyre really :ermm:

the originaly plan was to run 18's on federal rs595 and sell the stds, that way meaning i can go to a fairly large brake setup, may need a 2nd set down the track...2nd set of te37's perhaps?

Just get drifteks as the track rim... cheap as light enough and the largest range of tyres are for 17s

do u warm them up properly b4 u go for a hard drive? i.e mountain 'cruise'

could possibly be premature wear caused by bad operation

fark me thats cheap!!!! im sold on that one lol

i dont think he's heard a cold set of ferodo ds2500 and rb74 before :ermm:

its a 10 min drive before I get to the mountain shane, if there not warm by then they never will be.

The front pads are the same pads that came with the car, theve been on there for god only knows how long.

10 mins of street driving, prolly wouldnt that much ehat into them, but if theyre not 'decent' pads it wouldnt take much to heat them up

i forgot u only replaced ur rears when u did ur rotors, may bad :ermm:

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
