thats nice, that still doesn't make it a motorsport though :)

you have your opinion and i have mine, one thing we do agree on is that you need to get your car back on the road.

ps i think im more interested in circuit racing now but ill see how that goes

agreed, too bad i dont have 20k just lying around :)

im a big fan of circuit racing, but the costs involved in having a decent go are far too high

the people who built your car, seem to think otherwise.

you might be able to use your power if you start sliding, other then that you wont be able to use it..

somehow i dont see a big laggy turbo'd setup is going to work all that well 'drifting'. nor will it work that well circuit racing, theres only 1 left that it will suit :)

sooo true...

street racing.....

rofl, i've had heaps of people call shotgun now :)

yeah but you are a nice guy...soo.....

im not sure on the turbo to run though. dan says go the gt42r, but the guys at MTQ said the GT45R would spool quicker, but flow more >_<

i dont see how a smaller turbo will flow more...or a bigger turbo will spool quicker.....i suppsed the rear house size would make the different to a certain extent.

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
