I've already explained what happened sooooo many times today, but here goes again:

A bunch of us were cruising along Warringah Rd in Forestville when some absolute champion that none of us knew in a heavily modified S13 joined the group.

I was in the right hand lane merging into the centre lane as he flew from the left hand lane, wastegate open & screaming into the centre lane, he realised he was about to rear-end me, he swerved left, hit the gutter & came straight back into my car (which I had already moved back into the right hand lane) pushing me up onto the median strip where i came to a halt.

The Silvia driver suggested we exchange details & not involve the police in the matter.....I was like 'WTF?'

We called the cops as he called a towie & loaded his car up in an unsuccessful attempt to leave before the police arrived.

I guess there's more to tell, but I'm pretty damn sick of thinking about it right now as this whole week has been absolute shit and then my car gets totaled to top it off......

Anyone else who was at the scene can add any other details i may have omitted in my now semi-conscious state (I didn't get much sleep last night).

yeh it was pretty scary watching it all happen right in front of me. I'm just really glad that no one was hurt in the incident.

And it's good to know that the outcome of the police report has worked to your favour Dave

I just realised that 4wd doesn't work well for drift......

What time did this happen?! I work at Warringah Mall now, and come home at night around 12:30am sometimes and I cruise along warringah road and forest road? ( i think thats the name) is it reasonably free from police.. ? havent seen a police car once when driving along those roads back to st ives

I couldnt not believe the driving of the "champion" in the silvia, being in the unfortunate position of watching the entire thing from the back was extremely bloody scary. We should all be thankful that Dave is ok and more to the point that nobody was hurt and no other cars damaged in the incident.

There is no excuse for the driving of that idiot.
