Head Unit

Hi Guys

I bought a head unit a while ago and decided to put it in the car. I connected it up and it powers the 4 speaks fine but not the sub. Reason being the system remote wire is only putting out 10v when the amps need 12v.

I previously ran these amps on another hu and they ran fine but this hu is giving me the shits. Is there any way to make the system remote from the hu put out 12v instead of 10. The manual says it should put out 12v but since its been lying at home not being used im pretty sure its out of warrenty so yeh.

Buy a 12V Automotive relay.

Connect your remote wire to 85

Connect a common earth to 86

Connect a constant 12V to 87

Connect another wire from 30 to your amp remote terminal.

Should work mate. Let us know how it goes
