Hey guys

Might sound simple enough, but i think there might be some type of glue on my rear spoiler

is there just the two screws at each side of the spoiler

My spoiler looks like the one is the photo exactly

( sorry for whoevas car it is, but i dont even have a pic of my car)

Just so you know what it looks like.

Im goin to eventually put on a lip wing, and just goin to plug up the holes for now.

So yeah jsut wanting to know the best way to remove it,

Will it rip up the paint?

Thanks

have you actually seen the glue that is holding the spoiler on, or are you just guessing that there MAY be glue. If there is not any glue just undo the 4 screws (on my lip spoiler there is 4, so i assume other spoilers are the same). But this means u will need to take the carpet off to get to the screws

yeah im just guessing there is glue under there

just feels pretty firm on there, when have taken some of the screws out

i'll have to look more into it, see how it goes

either way im most probablly goin to need a bit of respraying of the bootage.

Thanks

when i took mine off there was i think three screws on each side, some light glueie stuff but not much but there are about 3 force plugs on each side as well which just have to use force to pull off but try pry it off close to the plugs (you will be able to feel about where they are when u start trying to take it off) with something that wont scratch or be really really carful with a screwdriver, it went all fine when i did it

Can someone tell me if it's illegal to remove your spoiler...

I asked my mechanic to remove it, and he said because it has a light on it that he couldnt...

I want to put a CF T-wing on it sometime soon(ish)

What are the requirements here?
