Starionturbo
lol Honestly, I dont understand why some people persist. In a R33 skyline, Anything less than 250kw doesnt really warrant the need for slicks. Id respect someone more for getting good times on 18s that getting similar times on slicks. Theres no real skill involved with slicks unless ur making Big power. Street car - Street tyres full stop. Hi champ i agree with you to some extend as i have a gtr with 250rwkw ran a 12.4 with 275/18s. off the line i could only take off at about 5000rpm anything more than that and i would break traction, thus im curious to see what my gtr would run say 6000-6500rpm off the line.... LTHLRB
guys guys, i am going to a semi slick beacuse i ONLY have the std rims! if i had some 17s or 18s with 245 and bigger tyres i can and WILL run the 12sec i have been aiming for with a completely standard setup. But seeing as i dont have 17s or 18s of that width.. i just haveto use 255 semi slicks Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/132668-semi-slicks/page/2/#findComment-2474818 Share on other sites
