Yep, the noise was one thing i was thinking about quite a lot as it could shut the place down - the rest are just costs and they're bad i know, but at least they wont cause the park to be closed forever

Surely something could be done with the land, but probably not anytime soon with the council loving the noise

By not putting a firm price on it, they ARE testing the waters (you're right 100%), but who knows, there may still be a bargain to be had
