Can Someone Please Translate?

hey guys,

i was installing my hicas lock kit, and i found this little black box which is connected already.

Im not to sure what it does, but it does have a sticker on it.

Could someone please translate and let me know what it says.

It's a warning. Apparently the part it is attached to is for competition specific cars and is not to be used on public roads. Doesn't say anything about what the part is.

Seems the part is made by Tibio?

i would say you have a hicas lock already. i've seen a sticker very similar to that on other Tomei gear (saw it on the box for my sump baffles for instance).

I am pretty sure it has a hicas system fitted already, as it has shims and this box connected, the shims are a little smaller in width though, should still work though i hope
