that would be every muzzas wirst nightmare, a yellow vl turbo with interceptor rims and dumped on its ass!! :bahaha:

yeah theres also an XD with a 5.8litre that police use... i think its actually cars they own themselves or something... cause i remember a few years back cops were using their own cars for a while.

And which SS was it... a VX...

naughty naughty/silly silly.

And cops in their own cars ? Well... if they are driving around hotted up cars... can we get like a civil arreast or something and then go over them for an EPA on ... or a Canary ?

better yet BOTH

you ever tried doing it ?

you have to report it twice... 2 separate occasions before they call it in.

the first call is just where they note it down as a smokey.

second before they call it in.

Cops only do it once, SUKS

and people wonder why i cheer when cops get shot (sounds harsh but i do)

I mean i so regularly follow cop motorcycles down the Tulla from Melrose drive right down to Flemington road and they are always doing a min of 120. Sometimes as much as 140 with no light noting.

Just greasing cars as they pass them.

So i just follow them a bit behind.

Good luck if they pull me over.

If it's good for the goose it's good for the gander

Wonder how they get off with all these fixed camera's everywhere.

They can't ALL possibly come up with excuses for getting busted.

oh well. that's my thoughts.

if you'd had as much unjust trouble as i have had for what... just driving a nice and on P's, you'd not be to favourable either.

not to mention some other incidents.

just my mentality i guess. I'm all for death penalties and stuff. but i'll stop now before i upset anyone else.

PREACH IT BROTHA

I agree with you 100% on all counts...but Im a very right wing mother****er

I was driving home this arvo in a 60 zone obeying the speed limit. All of a sudden, this cop car came flying past me at 80+k with no sirens or anything. I saw him again at the lights and he took off really hard and continued to drive down the road at least 20k over the speed limit. Now how do they expect the average joe bloe to obey the speed limit when they themselves show such disregard for the law? I was disillusioned alright...

with regards to this whole thread, i live in the west side-melbourne, and before u judge it accordingly...I have never been dicked. even pulled over. my car is illegal however for some weird reason around my area st.albans, sunshine, etc... they dont seem to bust ppl for performance reasons, unless ur speeding, dragging, etc...

i dont know why but is there some sort of correlation between crime in my area and not being booked for illegal mods on ricey cars???

i think the cops are too scared to book ppl in our area. lol. i c shit bomb v8 and vl being booked but not rexies, or skylines, etc...

I think they recognise who we are.

yes, if cops were policing real crimes then they would have less resources to spend on pulling people over for relatively minor offences.

Depends where you are, my car got done away from my side of the city in like 2 days... after driving around Eastern suburbs for 6 months with no problems whatsoever. I thought I was safe, but soon as it was outside my usual pattern it got done.. hmm.

There are a number of factors - they don't like p platers driving those sorts of cars, and many would say its also a race thing attached.

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
