tomy kaira is a jap tuning house, they turn out specific model cars with engine tuning, interior and body kit enhancements - mostly concerned with skylines. those rims look very similar to the ones that came on the tommy kaira M30 skyline, which was a HR31 coupe. are they four stud rims? if so, i'd say thats what they're off.
