18" Tyres, Michelin & Goodyear + Lorinser Dished Rims

I have here one set of 4 Lorinser Dished 18 inch Wheels in the following sizes:

18 x 8.5 + 18 / + 26

18 x 10.0 + 19 / + 27

(there is a removeable locating shim bolted to the back face of the rim that allows fo the different ofsets - this factory fitted by Lorinser - not an aftermarket spacer)

5 x 112.0 (can be changed to 5x114.3 using inserts - only $44 per wheel)

These are a 3 peice wheel with nice deep dish.

These wheels would have been somewhere in the vicinity of $6000 when they were new and are in good condition for there age (have a few minor blemishes on the face the wheels - but overall look nice and good condition and NO GUTTER SCRAPES).

I was going to have them highly polished, this would turn them from good to STUNNING (I can get this done relativley cheaply if interested).

These were fitted to a Mercedes 500SL (5x112) - but I have advice that the design of the wheel allows that they can be affordabley (and safely, and legally) reconfigured to 5 x 114.3 PCD for Skyline or many other Japanese Cars (I have confirmed this with a custom wheel manufacturer)

If you were going to go this way - Ideally the width and offsets would suit a Nissan Skyline R32 GTR, OR perhaps a 200SX, Supra or other Skyline with wider or flared gaurds. (they may go on to the like of an ECR33 just by unbolting the factory shims - but I haven't tried them.)

Thanks for that.. just that I am due for new tyres now and would not mind trying a set of pilots so I know if they are a good application for my car, so if theres enough tread then great, if not then no matter, I'll keep tyre shopping for new ones
