hey Guys finally got the net back so i can enjoy SAU again

im after a new turbo to get my rb25 upto a nice usable power of about 240-260 rwkw

but also want response similar to stock.

ive been told a t3t4 will do this and still give me the reponse i want.

i know i will need to upgrade the injectors and fuel pump and ecu but the decision of

what turbo is my main concern ATM.

does anyone agree or disagree on this turbo

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

Cheers,

240kw maybe, but 260kws with cams, yes.Even at 240kws your really pushing the hi-flow turbo to anything from 16lbs to 19lbs which is alot of boost in a stock RB25.Watch the flaming now.

GCG/Slide hi-flow... depending on your budget depends which of them you buy :)

I would go with what works on an RB25 rather than some hybrid t3/4 that potentially could be a lot worse then the two choices above.

T3/4's can be hit a hit-n-miss affair at times

    • Even more fun, leave all the ADAS stuff plugged in, but in different locations, hopefully avoid any codes!   And honestly, all these new cars with their weird electronics. Pull all the electronics out Duncan, and just shove an aftermarket ECU and if needed a trans controller in, along with a PDM. Make it run basic but race car styled!
    • To follow up a question from earlier too since I had the front bar off again (fking!) This is what is between the bumper and the drivers side wheel And this is the navigator side, only one thing but its a biggy! So basically....no putting coolers in the wheel arches without a lot of moving other stuff. Assuming I move to properly race prepping this car I'll take that job on and see how the computers respond to removing a whole bunch of ADAS modules
