Interesting... if you have a policeman's uniform, you're more than welcome, I am 99% positive he's selling drugs. It'd scare the shit outta him! :)

Nigga please, I know people much worse, and a lot nastier then just small time dealers to friends, and to friend’s, friends…

Being serious though, why not use force to perhaps persuade him to leave?

LOL I don't mind that he sells drugs. A person's life is their own to live as they wish, it's the fact that he's turned into a deadshit since starting to do so, skipping out on rent, not paying bills, leaving pots of meat out for days. And i'm over the rank food he keeps leaving in the fridge. :)

He should do work experience with Dave, that may sort him out.

LoL and if not, Dave will! HAHA!

But yeah, drug dealers stuff up other peoples lifes too, both directly and indirectly. But thats another story for another day!

Where are you working anyway Josh?

yeah.. hence why I currently live by myself. After having 2 dickheads skip out owing me $600 when they lost their jobs (one a big pot head) - you have to be careful. Often it's not even worth the money you sometimes save.

Back selling real estate. After doing it for 2 years, I told myself NEVER AGAIN! Look what happens… Here I am again. I have a huge love hate relationship for the industry, too young for the political crap, someone offer me a job and a career change :)

I have court next week however, it is the deciding factor wether I continue to work, as they are going for long term keeps on the license thing..

We've had 3 shit housemates, and 2 great ones. The best one was the Japanese exchange student. He was a great guy. Always paid rent on time, was fun to hang around, and would always want to play NBA on PS2 with Andy, so he was a winner in his books :) He did used to cut his own hair with nail scissors and burn sausages, but that was funny :) :)

My last two flatmates were the worst, one turned out being a speed freak, the other was just a freak, he didnt believe the Hubble pics were real and didnt like it when I tried to convince him that they were Lol talked about flat earth and the moon landings were fake hahahahaha lol he left.

Rofl!! Your neighbours would be like OH NOES! Not that LXU55 kid

Gimme a holla, when you ditch a few people

ermmm can u wait 15yrs :P:P:O when the kids leave home or when i move to a bigger house

nah my neighbours would be saying oh no not another f**king hoon in a import :laugh: as there old school bogans

And i'm over the rank food he keeps leaving in the fridge.

Come on Anna tell the truth, you like them grubby... I mean to say you love cleaning up dont you...

I reckon you make mess just so you can clean it up... Dont you admit it...

as they are going for long term keeps on the license thing..

HAHAHAHAHA

So going to Truck driving school is out of the question???

HAHAHAHAHA

Josh the trucker...

and would always want to play NBA on PS2 with Andy

So if you replace s3x with PS2 would he still be happy???

i just dont get how people can think that stuff doesnt matter

Tell me about it...

You have not idea how many times I have asked that question in the last 2 years...

PS. The police removed my tenent at Chermside last Monday, short story, it was nasty...

    • There's plenty of OEM steering arms that are bolted on. Not in the same fashion/orientation as that one, to be sure, but still. Examples of what I'm thinking of would use holes like the ones that have the downward facing studs on the GTR uprights (down the bottom end, under the driveshaft opening, near the lower balljoint) and bolt a steering arm on using only 2 bolts that would be somewhat similarly in shear as these you're complainig about. I reckon old Holdens did that, and I've never seen a broken one of those.
    • Let's be honest, most of the people designing parts like the above, aren't engineers. Sometimes they come from disciplines that gives them more qualitative feel for design than quantitive, however, plenty of them have just picked up a license to Fusion and started making things. And that's the honest part about the majority of these guys making parts like that, they don't have huge R&D teams and heaps of time or experience working out the numbers on it. Shit, most smaller teams that do have real engineers still roll with "yeah, it should be okay, and does the job, let's make them and just see"...   The smaller guys like KiwiCNC, aren't the likes of Bosch etc with proper engineering procedures, and oversights, and sign off. As such, it's why they can produce a product to market a lot quicker, but it always comes back to, question it all.   I'm still not a fan of that bolt on piece. Why not just machine it all in one go? With the right design it's possible. The only reason I can see is if they want different heights/length for the tie rod to bolt to. And if they have the cncs themselves, they can easily offer that exact feature, and just machine it all in one go.

    • This is how I last did this when I had a master cylinder fail and introduce air. Bleed before first stage, go oh shit through first stage, bleed at end of first stage, go oh shit through second stage, bleed at end of second stage, go oh shit through third stage, bleed at end of third stage, go oh shit through fourth stage, bleed at lunch, go oh shit through fifth stage, bleed at end of fifth stage, go oh shit through sixth stage....you get the idea. It did come good in the end. My Topdon scan tool can bleed the HY51 and V37, but it doesn't have a consult connector and I don't have an R34 to check that on. I think finding a tool in an Australian workshop other than Nissan that can bleed an R34 will be like rocking horse poo. No way will a generic ODB tool do it.
    • Hmm. Perhaps not the same engineers. The OE Nissan engineers did not forsee a future with spacers pushing the tie rod force application further away from the steering arm and creating that torque. The failures are happening since the advent of those things, and some 30 years after they designed the uprights. So latent casting deficiencies, 30+ yrs of wear and tear, + unexpected usage could quite easily = unforeseen failure. Meanwhile, the engineers who are designing the billet CNC or fabricated uprights are also designing, for the same parts makers, the correction tie rod ends. And they are designing and building these with motorsport (or, at the very least, the meth addled antics of drifters) in mind. So I would hope (in fact, I would expect) that their design work included the offset of that steering force. Doesn't mean that it is not totally valid to ask the question of them, before committing $$.
