Now considering all offers over $10,000!

I am located in Sydney. Car may be viewed there after hours or at North Ryde during business hours.

Approx 100,500 kms and 10 months rego.

The car handles like a dream and is clean & tidy throughout.

Car has made 280rwkw. Current tune is around 265rwkw as engine compression is average.

Over $25,000 in parts and $10,000 in labour! I have all of the receipts. All mods less than 2 years old with most being less than 1 year old!

This car has been regularly modifed and serviced by UAS and all parts were supplied by and fitted by UAS. They know the car extremely well should you wish to verify any of this information. The car is featured on their website at: www.nismo.com.au then look in Dyno Section.

The only further modifications I would recommend would be forged internals so you can pump up the boost and stickier tyres as the current Falkens lightup very easily even in 2nd gear.

I would really like to keep this car and put in a 3ltr bottom end but the mortgage now takes 1st priority.

Hi there and thanks for the comment.

I thought price was reasonable based on the good gear I've put in but the market is telling me a different story.

I have now dropped the price to $24,000 and still open to genuine offers.

I will be listing it on drive.com.au as from Wednesday 18/4.

OK I have decided to put in a new bathroom so I really need this sold.

Price is $20,000!

I can see stock R33s going for $16,000 - $18,000.

You are getting over $25,000 worth of top parts!

Man join the club..there are about half a dozen R33 GTs-t's on here with 25k-30k worth of parts on them going for 18k-22k.

Near impossible to sell unfortunately. Have you got it on carsales and drive?

Looks nice!

Best of luck with your efforts to sell :P

Hi.

I've seen some nice ones but they all seem to lack something. The only thing this lacks is forged internals and a nice set of tyres. proengines have 3ltr short engine package for around $5900. whack that in and you'd have a monster!

Cheers.

I love the car mate.. All the best with the sale. I think 20k is just to cheap for a car of this quality. It a real shame how the market has died in the last year.

Indeed.

Well, if no-one wants it then I'll have no option but to keep it ...

Cheers

  • 5 months later...

I have been offered $10k by a local mechanic.

Now considering any offer over this. If no offers received within 10days it will be sold to local mechanic.

The car goes well, and is full of good quality parts.

Engine compression is average but still goes hard.

wtf, man this is way too cheap, good luck with the sale, but i reckon you should just hold on to it till it gets snatched up, it definetiley will. you could strip it of the parts and return it to stock and you'd get more than 10k for the parts alone... I bought my skyline stock for nearly double that price...

10k? are u serious mate? your going to loose out big time if u sell it for 10k

be patient, it took me a while to sell my one also

Yes I know, I spent money on this car knowing that when I came to sell it would probably loose out but I wanted the thrill of having a quick street car which would also perform well on the track should I decide to pursue racing. As it turns out I have bought a house and now have a baby and dont have time to pursue the armature race scene. Thats life I guess.

Car is priced for quick sale. I want something over $10k ... The parts alone are worth much much more.

Cheers

    • For once a good news  It needed to be adjusted by that one nut and it is ok  At least something was easy But thank you very much for help. But a small issue is now(gearbox) that when the car is stationary you can hear "clinking" from gearbox so some of the bearing is 100% not that happy... It goes away once you push clutch so it is 100% gearbox. Just if you know...what that bearing could be? It sounding like "spun bearing" but it is louder.
    • Yeah, that's fine**. But the numbers you came up with are just wrong. Try it for yourself. Put in any voltage from the possible range and see what result you get. You get nonsense. ** When I say "fine", I mean, it's still shit. The very simple linear formula (slope & intercept) is shit for a sensor with a non-linear response. This is the curve, from your data above. Look at the CURVE! It's only really linear between about 30 and 90 °C. And if you used only that range to define a curve, it would be great. But you would go more and more wrong as you went to higher temps. And that is why the slope & intercept found when you use 50 and 150 as the end points is so bad halfway between those points. The real curve is a long way below the linear curve which just zips straight between the end points, like this one. You could probably use the same slope and a lower intercept, to move that straight line down, and spread the error out. But you would 5-10°C off in a lot of places. You'd need to say what temperature range you really wanted to be most right - say, 100 to 130, and plop the line closest to teh real curve in that region, which would make it quite wrong down at the lower temperatures. Let me just say that HPTuners are not being realistic in only allowing for a simple linear curve.
    • I feel I should re-iterate. The above picture is the only option available in the software and the blurb from HP Tuners I quoted earlier is the only way to add data to it and that's the description they offer as to how to figure it out. The only fields available is the blank box after (Input/ ) and the box right before = Output. Those are the only numbers that can be entered.
    • No, your formula is arse backwards. Mine is totally different to yours, and is the one I said was bang on at 50 and 150. I'll put your data into Excel (actually it already is, chart it and fit a linear fit to it, aiming to make it evenly wrong across the whole span. But not now. Other things to do first.
    • God damnit. The only option I actually have in the software is the one that is screenshotted. I am glad that I at least got it right... for those two points. Would it actually change anything if I chose/used 80C and 120C as the two points instead? My brain wants to imagine the formula put into HPtuners would be the same equation, otherwise none of this makes sense to me, unless: 1) The formula you put into VCM Scanner/HPTuners is always linear 2) The two points/input pairs are only arbitrary to choose (as the documentation implies) IF the actual scaling of the sensor is linear. then 3) If the scaling is not linear, the two points you choose matter a great deal, because the formula will draw a line between those two points only.
