What The Hell Are These Wheels? Translation Needed

hey all Japanese speaking dudes.

I picked up a set of 2 peice forged wheels for my car and have no idea what brand they are and even though they fit nicely i do not know the ofset.

is there anything you can make out from these stickers?

Nothing about offsets, or anything relevant at all. The top one is just advice/caution when fitting tyres to the wheel, and the bottom is saying the wheel conforms to some kind of standards (JAWA).

Offsets are usually imprinted somewhere behind the spokes when the wheel is cast, along with the diameter and width. Have another look if it they ain't hiding behind some grime.
