Fuel Pump Mounted Higher

I have chnaged my AFM over today but the R33 still stalled. I was under a 1/4 tank in fuel so i filled up and it hasn't done it yet. Could my stalling problem be because an aftermarket fuel pump has maybe been installed and in a higher position than the stock pump?

What BOV are you running?

Stalling could be because of a pump incorrectly mounted, faulty AFM etc

If the pump was mounted too high, you should be able to hear it screaming its lungs out when it "runs out of fuel"

Not really the pump itself installed higher than the stock pump, its just the pickup on the pump isnt low enough in the tank, Not real gread especially if going around a corner to fast and it runs out of fuel, just open her up and check where the fuel pickup is located and move it further down towards the back of the tank. If that doesnt help i dunno

Did it again with half tank. Changed the AFM today, no better. Maybe a dirty fuel pump?

How about instead of asking whether it's because your pump is mounted higher, how about if you fill it up properly. like fill it up full.

Bear in mind, if your pump is located higher, it's not just where the pump is. the stock pump has a pickup that goes down quite low into the tank.
