33 Box Into 32

I know this has been covered several times, i did search but i couldnt acctually find any info that was useful. So theres a couple of things i want to know.

-What Gearbox cross member is used? 33, 32 or what? and does it need to be modified.

-When making a custom tailshaft, what have people done in the past? i wish to retain a two piece shaft, can someone give me the measurement in length for the front section? ( i dont have the box or motor in the car yet and i want to get a shaft made up beforehand)

-Does the shifter line up in the exactaly the same place as the RB20 box?

-What shifter is best to use? I dont have my RB20 box anymore (had a CA shifter in it anyway which was shorter) shoudl i use a 33 one or what?

I am going thru this conversion over the next few weeks. Will be able to provide full details once its done.

im doing it this weekend lol. I mean i'll probably figure it all out when i do it, but it would be nice to have the info available now. I was planning on doing the tailshaft myself on a laithe and reweld together. Then pay for it to be balanced. Hence the need for exact mesurements.
