LOL. To everyone calling me stupid and dumb, the apartment i want to move my parents into is 10x better than the house they are in now. 3 bedroom water front in rhodes (in sydney).

They are the ones who are offering me the left over money which is going to be enough to buy me a unit and a GTR. Selling 1 home to buy 2 homes and a GTR, that is hardly stupid or dumb. Thanks for your replys even if you were having a go at me its good to know what others think.

dude i wouldnt post if it wasnt do-able. The 2nd unit im buying for myself is really cheap one in punchbowl lol. the "luxury" one is for my parents. I didnt think i need to go into so much detail lol. I know from now on how much detail to include so that people dont get the wrong idea.
