Ive never tried it before, but would love to give it a try. I've nowhere to practice so will have to learn on the fly, until now I've only used my handbrake for hill starts and parking, so its going to feel strange.

Someone will have to show me how its done. Oh and how do you remember that course pattern and concentrate on driving as well?

It is going to be a blast guys but remember if there are spots left you will need to be quick

Spots left in what? As Anna said... there is no OPEN for business sign out for the NSW version....

Or is Andrew just in la la land :)

No need to get your nickers in a knot!

I dont wear any..

Just drive around in circles and make your own way...

There are cones that you go around, but I think hitting the cones is fun'er :)

Ok guys calm down.

We haven't opened this event yet so when we do there are plently of spots.

We will be PMing everyone here to notify them when it has opened. No need to get your nickers in a knot!

As per doodz... don't wear any :):D

No need to panic people!!

There will be notice before we open the event and people expressing interest in this thread will be notified!!!

Hopefully wont be long till we know the exact plan and can open the event up for entries! :)

I'd just drill it out and tap ina 1/4" thread. No need for rocket surgery when the next most obvious thing will do. You could throw a 1/4 x 1/8 bush in there and use the same fitting you intended to use.
    • Is the only issue that the oil catch can is getting filled on hard runs? I'd be thinking more about oil control issues rather then the head lifting, especially as you aren't seeing spiking in the coolant pressure.  Do you need restrictors in the head, or better drains from the head? Does the sump need venting to the catch can?
    • Tried to make 1/8npt threads into compressor house of the turbo for my EBC. Threads got fu#ked and ended up with and elongated hole, so I do have good amount and nice threads 90% of the hole but 10% I only had 1-2threads there and rest of it is flush on that side of the hole.. So my idea is to do M12 x 1.25 to AN4 with braided lines instead of 1/8npt to 4mm vacuum silicone hose.  and hopefully get a better thread. M12 is quite big and AN4 is a little bit bigger than 4mm (4.9mm inner diameter braided PTFE hose). but this should work. Thoughts? Otherwise I will weld and adapter onto the turbo.
