Micolour at 7 Dissik Street in Cheltenham (03) 9555 8011.

Repaired all the numerous dints my car collected over its life and did a full respray. I and a number of other people here on the forums would agree that Mick does great work (esp on 32's)

Thanks very much for your help, yeah the dint shouldn't be too much fuss to get fixed, hopefully i can just drop it off and pick it up on the same day, put all this mess behind me ha ha

NAW that sucks!

I myself being a P plate driver would have to say watch out,

and i myself am a good driver, but yesterday my friend just got her licence and came to pick me up,

she has a little mirage and ita a manual, every time we took of from the lights she smoked her tires! ALL cause she cant drive manual, i thought we wore going to die. but yeah if she got in to a tricky situation we would be six feet under for sure!

i dont no how she got her licence! haha SHIT

Now she is on the road im turning my licence in haha

ha ha, nahh i've got nothing against P-platers either, because i am one lol

I'm not quite sure what he was doing, maybe he got distracted by his passenger or had a spasm in his right foot ha ha.... meh, what happened is done so there wasn't much point getting angry at the poor guy :), plus he is being really nice about the whole situation so i don't hold any grudges

lol, fair enough. Yeah i have a friend like that too, so far she has written off two cars, the second crash she was luckey to get out ;)

Speaking of your licence, i read ya thread, tough break. I've been in the same situation too, just be careful and you you'll be fine :)

+1 for Police Road Panels. They did a fantastic job on my Subie. Good as new.

Police rd Panels in mulgrave, near the spagetti junction.. they do just car insurance work so they deal with imports often..

Cheers for the feedback, Police road are def on the short list. I'll let everyone know who i go with at the end of the day, and i might sneak in some before and after pics too :)

try GAL smash in tullamarine........you could also try shoppingtown body works if your worried about the colour....... i got an old japanese guy that works at my shop part time that works at shopping town full time.....20 years experience of matching triple coat japanese motorcycle candy colours....

Gday all,

For those who are still interested in my little saga, I've got some great news!!! I picked up the 32 from B.Lacey's this morning and happy to report its in great nick! :P

The quote was originally $500, but when I dropped the car in about 4 days later on the computer screen i noticed that it jumped to $770.....ahh well, just as well i wasn't paying for it eh :sorcerer:

Anyway, now for the fun stuff......

Here are a few pics maybe a day or two after the accident, please forgive the dirtiness, just wasn't in the mood for cleaning it ha ha

And here are the pics from this morning, i guess the pictures speak for themselves, i am extremely happy with how it turned out, and they even fixed up that nasty scratch above the wheel arch at the same time (i think this scratch happened while it was coming into the country)

They also had also cleaned the inside of the car and provided me with some touch up paint which was nice of them.

Anywayz, just wanted to say a huge thank you for everyones suggestions & advice, it means a lot!! :)

      Hi guys my TPS voltage is reading over 2v at idle.  My Haltech ECU is reading around 40% throttle position at idle also which is really strange. Note the actual throttle position sensor is brand new…    anyone have any experience with this or know how to calibrate it on Haltech ?

      The OEM disk will not work on any AEM ECU, you need to use the one they made. You shouldn't have to flip the CAS or whatever you were describing, if you set the ignition sync offset correctly it can't backfire. Make sure you're using a spark plug lead on coil 1 instead of the timing loop to avoid weird issues with the timing light. Double check that your timing settings are actually correct, like is the 24 tooth configured correct or should it actually be 12 teeth for 1 crank revolution?       Have you done your thinking backwards? 3 bar, 43.5 psi pressure drop being the presumed specification for an injector, means you need 3 bar upstream when they are firing into atmospheric pressure, and more upstream pressure than that when on boost (you add your boost to your rail pressure to maintain 3 bar across the injector) and you need..... less pressure upstream when you have vacuum in the manifold. So, presuming that you're idling at -10 psi, then you only need ~23 psi in the rail. I realise that I did not need to say all of that to you specifically Matt, once you'd realised your mistake. It's mostly there for complete clarity for others.

      Have you reached out to the guys at Spool Imports? They are a Ross dealer, I can imagine they would have the rings just sitting on the shelf (I could be wrong).
