Nice ride.

Just stay calm, watch your speed, obey the rules, watch out for one way signs and you'll be fine. Good luck!

First time I went for my P's I went down a one way street... second time was perfect except for one wide turn :D

Make sure you come to complete stop at stop signs! That one almost got me believe it or not haha. Dont look for oncoming cars until youve stopped.

that one DID get me a week ago. now i have to wait till 29th of august :D

its really really intence. not much we can say can help cause once ur in the car u kinda forget everything. but u should be right. looking back on it its really easy if u dont make the stupid mistake i did

Thumbs up to you mate.

Not only for getting a skyline, but being smart about it and going the NA route for a few years to get your experience up.

Best of luck tomorrow champ. Dont stress a heap over it, its not actually as bad as you think it is.

Let us know how it goes :D

woot, passed!!! :)

lost 1 point for turning (did 1 slightly wide turn) other then that it was perfect!

i was so nervous before, but once i exited out of vic roads i was fine and the 20 mins went so fast.

so happy that i passed! cant wait to see you all on the roads :)

leigh.

just be a big drama queen one looking at ur mirros, make it OBVIOUS that ur checking em (even if u gotta act like uve been b*tch slapped left n right, do it)

indicate for as long as it takes for the inspector to notice.

always come to a complete stop as stated above wen dealing with stop signs.

in essense.....drive like a granny

**update**

so now he tells me his passed LOL

good job man :)

where can you get sau stickers from with out being a official member? or do you have to pay the whole member package thing?

Well done mate.. :)

As for the stickers ( Members only )

The membership is only 75 dollars .. you will spend more than that on fuel this week..

As above... except its $70 first year.

$50 every year after.

You'll save you joining fee on many of the perks ie.

Alarm installation ($150 saving)

Servicing (100's there)

Tyres (more $$$)

etc etc ;)

Benefits far outweigh the very minimal cost

    • The front prop shaft from my GTR had very notchy unis, which obviously needed replacement but unfortunately uses the (usually) non-replaceable (staked) type.     A new shaft is something like $2K plus shipping from Japan.   I wouldn't even bother asking the local Nissan spares dept.     Rang Hardy Spicer but no go, which surprised me a little.     There's a place over Dandenong way that would make me a 'performance' shaft but un-necessary in my situation.   They claimed to be getting the equipment in to replace staked unis but couldn't give me a timeframe.   Anyway, long story short, found a place to do the work just 5 mins from me: https://knoxdriveshafts.com.au $420 (cash) and about a week later I have my driveshaft back.   Price includes balancing. Owner is a one man band working out of a shed in his backyard but from what I could see he's very well setup with some expensive equipment.
    • Thanks. That's what I was after. One of the kits, the o-ring side is too big diameter. The other kit is a plate with a o-ring to seal and the hose connection offset.
    • oops that seems much easier lol.
    • Are you using the factory rail?  Is there any reason you don't want to use one of the two you already have, they don't have to attach to the fuel rail directly.  If you 100% must have a FPR that directly bolts to the fuel rail, you could get a Radium setup. I use a radium fuel rail and the direct mount regulator, it is quite a sexy setup.
