For sale:

Garrett GT30 turbocharger $1100

*SOLD*

Part number: XTRGTSB005A (AKA 3037R)

(rated @ 450hp by GCG)

Compressor: 2.17/3.00 .7AR housing

Turbine: 2.11/2.22 .63 int gate housing (RB25)

This turbo is a garrett GT30 fitted with an internal gate exhaust housing from a RB25 by GCG and the internal gate has been bored out and a larger hat has been fitted for more wastegate flow by ATS in Adelaide.

I have used the turbo for 1100km’s on a Gemini (G180) and the previous owner claimed 2000km’s of use on a RB30 so the turbo is still fresh and shows no signs of wear on the compressor or freeplay in the shaft.

The RB25 exhaust housing makes this an easy upgrade for any RB25 or RB20 powered car and it also features a polished compressor cover. I previously had a HKS2540R on my car and this turbo is alot more responsive and only made 16rwkw less with 2 psi less boost.

I am located in Adelaide but am willing to post interstate at buyers expense.

PM or e-mail me if you are interested or have any further questions.

Cheers

Johnbarry88- Nah sorry mate need the cash to put a bigger turbo on.

Salad- It made 180rwkw on 19psi on my G180 (1800cc SOHC) but i have since discovered my cam was an atmo grind and was harming the response and power production, to what extent i will never know now. Cant remember what results the guy i bought it from had but i am pretty sure he was from this forum.

Pauly33GTS-t- I guess you are running an RB25 how much power does it make and when does it hit full boost?

Fordy- was that vip-r31 or vip_r31? cheers

In a highflow, they take your housing and machine them out to take bigger wheels, have a better internal profile, etc etc, and fit a new core with the different/better/bigger wheels.
