Oil Temp And Pressure Senors (apexi Gauges)

Hi,

Im after some info on weather an oil presure sender is the same as the oil temp sender? as i have just bought some apexi gauges which do not come with senders.

Also does anyone know if the EL1 senders are the same as the EL2 Senders for apexi gauges?

also is it possible to use say an greddy or defi oil pressure sender and just cut it up and connect it to my apexi wiring harness?

Hi the oil temp and oil pressure senders are 2 different completely different things so you wouldn't be able to mix them together, as for you using different branded senders they should work fine as long as you rewire them to suit your apexi gauges or the control unit if there electronic ones.

As for the EL 1 Senders working with the EL2 ones im not sure but i would love to know as i just bought some apexi guages myself yesterday
