Upgrading Turbo On R32

now before i start i have down a search and i couldnt find anything.

im looking to hit about 220rwkw in my r32 gts-t, what is the best turbo that will reach me to this power figure safely??? and keep it responsive? i've read alot on the 2871 and the 3071 turbos on the sr20det, are they any good on an RB? what do you guys reckon???

gcg highflow, there a company in eastern states. ww.gcg.com.au they do highlflows of your stock turbo for $1900 steel wheels and new cartridge ect. id still go with the gtrs.
