Hey all

been trying to get a body kit fitted up over last few months been getn messed around quiet abit. Can some one please recomend me a workshop to fit up my kit the front and rear bars already fit pretty good but the side skirts are going to need a fair bit of work (maybe cut and reglassed). So i want to find a workshop thats going to spend the time on it that is needed to make it look the best it can. At the moment the kit is on the car it just needs to be fitted up better the taken of to be painted if anyone could suggest a workshop that they have personally dealt with and was pleased with the end result please let me know.

Cheers iLEC

When questions like these pop up, almost every time people either recommend M&C Doyle Crash on south rd. or Eagle Paint and Panel on Port rd, amongst others.

Im not sure how good they are as ive never tried them, but quite a few people recommend those!

hrmm i have delt with 'phoenix body image' just behind holdens near elizebeth, they do really good work on bodykits and spray painting. go to them and get a quote and mention Kiet told u to go there they will take care of ya.

yeah my previous bodykit guy told me to go there (pheonix) to get it painted think hes mates wiv them pity my previous bodykit guy cant fit kits for shit i mite take the car down there anyway and have a chat to them bout the side skirts not fitting to well and see what they can do. M&C doyle was one of my other options i just wanted to talk to someone that has personaly dealt with them before. Seems alot of the drifters go there always see the sticker on their cars.

Deluxe - Who is this sambo fella you speak of

    • Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.
    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand
    • You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
