It must be nice to have that kind of money...

Wash them yourself and save!

Don't like washing windows  and I'm too short most of the time and don't feel safe on ladders (Mark might push me off for the GTR)

You dont want Shawn to do it naked trust me... To much glare :(

Hehehe Sorry Shawn.

I had this idea I could stand on the other side of the glass and watch everything wiggle like this --> as he washed.

How many hours do you expect it to take?

How many windows do you have?

How high are the windows?

Both inside and outside the windows?

Do you have your own equipment and stuff?

Where do you live?

:P

Wait.. How hard can it be to wash them?

Oh, please excuse my rudeness with this.. But why not get your SO to wash them?

If there isn't a Jim's Window Cleaning... there should be LOL I know there are people out there that do this professionally, but I thought someone here may have wanted to do it instead for some extra cash.

To answer some questions raised

I think it would take a few hours, but I've always broken it down in sections, so not certain exactly how long it would take to do at once. Thats why I thought an hourly rate would be fair.

They are big windows, almost all windows are the size of full sliding doors, probably 10 full size ground to ceiling type including sliding doors and another 6-7 normal size windows.

Only outside unless you're keen for inside too. I have my own equipment unless you prefer your own. I live Southside.

Its not hard... I work my @rse off all week and at my age, if I don't like doing it and someone else doesn't mind doing it... well then its a win win all round :domokun:

Issue:

Who's got to be naked? The employer or the employee, this could affect the hourly rate!!!! And how many people would be [volunteer to be] in the window cleaning team vs the skimpy lingerie party being held indoors!!!

Are you a Business Analyst by any chance :)

i would......come all the way from victoria to clean windows for $10 an hour, as long as there is a skimpy lingerie party going on indoors, and that i can come in for some after work "refreshments"

And who would you pay the $10 an hour to? :)

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
