LEAK???? oh dont say that!!! oh well donnan will check them for me :P

No offence, but donnon doesn't wanna have to deal with shit like that....he wants to tune the car and get it out. He's probably all booked up anyway. So best to make his life easier and check all that shit beforehand.

im tempted to go wash my car in bare feet , shorts and a tshirt

after sanding back a car and pulling a rad support off another , im quite fkd and need to cool off

temping to crack a green apple udl or two but i might wanna go out later :)

damn p plates

Yuck. Get some real alcohol

shouldnt you be bricking your phone

oh wait... :(

:D:D:D:D

haha, I know the feeling. I should hopefully be off my P's in a couple of months so I'm a bit of a granny driver at the moment. :)

i dont even know what i have to do to get off my P1's , ive lost 3/4 demerit points , anyone know when i can get P2's ?

LOL I used to absolutely LOVE the Green Apple dels. It's like getting hammered off apple juice (both of which I am a fan of :))

Don't really like the cheap shit these days (Red Bear, UDL etc) as it seems to give me nastier hangovers than it used to. Smirnoff Double Black is the weapon of choice now, or TEDs if it's hot as fk or with a meal.

On very very rare occaision I'll get into the Bacardi 151 with OJ mix. The Vitamin C in the OJ means no hangovers, but the 151 means 'royally slaughtered' would be an understatement :(

hahahah ditto

I swear that stuff has something weird in it that makes you do the stupidest shit - I mean moreso than other alcohol :)

I sometimes turn a bit sour when smashed on that shit though, hence the very rare occurance of me consuming it.

Also, I had Canadian Club for the first time the other day (NOT usually a drinker of those sorts of alcohol) and it was bloody nice. Might have to have a night on it and see how I go

Problem with the cheap stuff is it wrecks your guts too. Always felt like crap the day after drinking Old Crow or Woodstock (yech)...

Now I don't stoop below the wild the sphincter of the universe.... Makers mark is damn nice too

-D

Yeah I'm off it for that same reason Dohmar.

Had some interesting nights on the goat lovers :) Like I mentioned above, not into bourbon/whiskey, but the CC went down bloody beautifly.

Might go with Double Blacks for the dance, TEDs for the eats, CC for the chillout.

151 is the strongest legal alcohol u can puchase, being ~76% and a full bottle being 44 standard drinks lol. i dont drink but i see the affects of it all the time.

    • They are under bucket shims. Tomei provides a test shim kit and then any measurement of shim required.
    • I always wondered how you were supposed to buy a set of 24 buckets and somehow magically have every single one of them yield exactly the desired clearance. I would have thought you'd need to assemble a cam with either 12 "sample" or "example" buckets of known top thickness (or a single such sample/example 12 times over!!) measure clearances at every valve, and then do the usual math to work out what the actual "shimness" of each bucket needed to be, before buying the required buckets to make up he thicknesses that you didn't have on hand.
    • I now seem to be limited in power due to my rev limit/hydraulic lifters in my built RB25. I'm looking into converting over to Tomei solid lifters. Question for anyone that has done the conversion. I was always under the impression that when using the Tomei solid lifter conversion, you would also require new valves (Longer or shorter stems, I can't remember which).  I don't know where I got this idea, as so far I see no mention of this in any of the Tomei documentation. It just states I need the Tomei solid buckets, solid lifter cams and upgraded springs. As my head is already built, all I would need is another set of 1000$ Kelford cams, 500$ buckets and about 4H hours of my time installing and I'm off to the races!?!? There's no way it's that simple, I must be missing something?
