Just went for a cruise to the shops.

Looked at weather on the net first. No rain.

as soon as i fin washing the car it comes down. always does. always.

Also. A high number of ambos with lights on tonight. Seems the usual tailgaters cant do it in the wet,

Because of you Chad (yes, I'm blaming you :D ), I am now $10,000 poorer.

I pick it up tomorrow night. So it looks like I'm back into another Skyline :bunny:

Cant wait!

Nice one Kye :) Looks like a winner for sure :bunny:

That 33 front on a 32 is disgusting!

Agreed.

And while rain always does come at the worst time, it actually worked in my favour and washed off a big ass bird shit on my roof... 5 seconds of flannel work and shes GONE

wootage

Acquired a set of GTR sway bars tonight :D

RB25 BOV will be on it's way early next week :bunny:

Mate has a bleed valve I can have for free :bunny:

Recently got around to fitting black mesh to the openings in the front bar and grille so it looks neater :)

"the list" of shit to do to the car is slowly being ticked off, and so far a lot of the shit has cost me less than what I was expecting :D

some days i wish i never stepped in a kitchen

this morning one of my f***n fryers decided to catch alight so we had to close the whole kitchen down and call the CFS, then tonight, i went and burnt myself aswell as being extrmeley paranoid about the other fryer and the ovens catching alight, arrghhh! not fun!!

lol nah nothing like that at all steve - i wasnt even near the fryers, not even using them, was chopping something tunred around and the thing was on fire!!!!

Wwas very scary thats for sure.........took a good couple of hourse before my heart rate went back to normal and i stoppped shaking.......

first instinct was i grabbed the fire blanket that was right next to me and chucked it over, aswell as turning off the fryers, and the stove tops, ovens etc

ive never had it before and i dont want it to happen again, im just glad i wasnt in the middle of service when it happened.

    • Ok thanks..that was my second question if i can somehow bypass this even with Nistune(that is all i have right now...aparat from stock ECU. So with some aftemarket it can by "bypassed" or make it work?  I know there is Link or Haltech (mainly used). We have ECUmaster here so i will gather some info about it.
    • Yes. You will need to get the original boost sensor and wire it in. That is.... if you plan to use a stock ECU - even a Nistuned ECU. The Nissan ECU will not operate correctly without it connected. And yes, it will do annoying stuff like you are experiencing. You will almost certainly be better off with some aftermarket ECU, than trying to hunt down rare sensors.
    • Ok so ABS/TCS is "not" the problem. Yeah i know now about the ABS with Nistune(i told that to the Nistune guy) but iam not 100% why or why i dont have ABS. ABS cube is in the engine (always has been) but i had braked couple of times rly hard and brakes just locked and scream. Does all Skylines have ABS cube? That boost sensor https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/367633-wtb-r34-gtt-turbo-pressure-sensor-pics-inside/ Is this it? I need to ask but i have a picture of engine bay and i do not see that (100% is not in that place) If i do not have this the car can do what mine is?(cutting around 4000 rpm) Here is the pic of my engine bay(only one i have) BUT i think i dont have that cuz loom was used from my RB20DE NEO and i know (obviously) that it does not have boost control or any wire to that...) so maybe that is the problem? (i dont know for 100% if that car where the engine is from had that)...but i dont have the loom from that
    • I'm with you here. It's either loom has an issue, OR, injectors are not functioning properly. It could even be they're just constantly dribbling, hence the wet, but not firing.
