^^ siff matty its just a repeat, seen this episode before.

got it saved from last time if u want to read how it ends

shhhhh dan, im tryin to watch

"damn, tomorrow i was going to find out who the dish ran away with"

God I'm good.

And Matty, that's enough out of you. I don't see you pulling no trucks!! How's the bread? :)

Not bad, toasted up nicely last nite

funny how it took 3 of us to get the car on the trailer at the start of the day yesterday, and how many to get it back on at the end?

Ellz what u doing here man lol.. I Think i hear some KE70's needing a tow haha

Nice work :)

I got a link to here from someone, so I thought I'd join. :)

That KE was seriously stuck. I'm so surprised that both driver and passenger are not seriously injured and the car drove back to Adelaide.

That's a really good point, 3 at the start and you, me, benny, phill, nicko and joel.

this has been less entertaining than i had hoped.

random bread truck...? story?

Was heading down to Matty T's Saturday nice bright and early and at Junk food corner ( Down south, Morphett Vale ) I seen out the corner of my eye a truck in the mud with cardboard under its wheels. Chucked a U-Banger went back to find out he was bogged, hooked the strap up to the truck and the back of my 4x4 and pulled him out. Felt sorry for the poor bugger as everyone from Hungry Jacks, KFC and a few cars had stopped to watch. :)

Got bread for towing him out. :)

so who was after the CA dave?

some dude at tyrepower in modbury. we were discussing engines for his project car while he was trying to find that knock for me. shoot me your number if you want, im heading out that way tomorrow, let hom know whats been done to it, pass on your details, and go from there.

Probably because the car is too :)

its an s chassis. if it wasnt sketchy id be concerned.

ill see how it pans out. not a huge fan of the s15's looks (14a is miles tougher imo) but the interior is a shit load nicer than the 14...

    • If there's enough meat in the housing where you want to put the M12 adapter, then do it, but be aware that if/when you f**k that up you'll probably be repairing it before doing anything else. I'd just drill it out and tap ina 1/4" thread. No need for rocket surgery when the next most obvious thing will do. You could throw a 1/4 x 1/8 bush in there and use the same fitting you intended to use.
    • Is the only issue that the oil catch can is getting filled on hard runs? I'd be thinking more about oil control issues rather then the head lifting, especially as you aren't seeing spiking in the coolant pressure.  Do you need restrictors in the head, or better drains from the head? Does the sump need venting to the catch can?
    • Tried to make 1/8npt threads into compressor house of the turbo for my EBC. Threads got fu#ked and ended up with and elongated hole, so I do have good amount and nice threads 90% of the hole but 10% I only had 1-2threads there and rest of it is flush on that side of the hole.. So my idea is to do M12 x 1.25 to AN4 with braided lines instead of 1/8npt to 4mm vacuum silicone hose.  and hopefully get a better thread. M12 is quite big and AN4 is a little bit bigger than 4mm (4.9mm inner diameter braided PTFE hose). but this should work. Thoughts? Otherwise I will weld and adapter onto the turbo.
