how do i find out if my timing belt has already been replaced??

i have owned it since 116 k, and my mate who had it before me bought it at 109k..so he doesnt even know if it was done...

i donrt really wanna spend the money on a new one if its only 17 thousand ks old!

i could spend it somethin else, like new brakes....

For rb20 and rb25 timing belts please contact me, I have done countless amounts on both motors, Did mine recently even tho its only done 80k.... lol and yes i'd change water pump at the same time! genuine parts aswell.

i can get trade discount through nisscare...Belt around 70 bux, generic Pump about 50 bux, genuine pump is around 140-160. My labour dunno, but not 300+ like everyone else. plus coolant about 10 bux, gasket glue ill supply lol

PLUS, ill show ya how to do it while talking some shit at the same time. :)

    • That's why I said it is a meaningless term. Because there is more than one meaning that people can apply to it. When we said "highflow", that is exactly what we mean, and exactly what is done. In a highflow, they take your housing and machine them out to take bigger wheels, have a better internal profile, etc etc, and fit a new core with the different/better/bigger wheels.
