Hks Silent Exhausts And Metal Cat Question ?

Does anyone know where to get a Metalat 3.5" cat at a decent price and what its worth to fit it ?

Also has anyone got a HKS Silent exhaust (3"-3.5") I was just wondering how these things actually sound, may have to change mine as its pretty loud, thanks all

I have the HKS silent and it is not silent at all, guess would be 90-100dB at least Hate to think what the normal model sounds like.

Cheers guys, whats mods have you got done to your car (33GTR) as I have a fair bit done to mine and I have been told this will effect thenoise output.

Someone else PMed me and said the HKS ones are very average not quiet at all unless you drive a stock 33 GTST

I think Sewid is onto it.

If you want quiet don't go near the Kakimoto Hyper 2000 Full Mega N1. With big (3") dumps/pipes from the turbs through a 3.5" Metalcat to the hyper it is way loud. I am experimenting with removable silencers but if that doesn't work the Regu is on the cards.
