hey guys i bought a 1996 r33 gtst s2 the other day its still in adelaide so i havnt driven it yet and the guy selling it 2 me claims it has 200kw's at 10 psi ,and all its had done 2 it is huge intercooler, dual stage boost controller and 3.5 exhaust with no engine work or anything, im fairly sure it has a cold air intake kit aswell... is this possible??? or is he pullin my leg??? lol cheers

I highly doubt any RB25 will pull a genuine 200rwkw with a stock turbo on 10psi. He would need about 12.5-15psi (on stock turbo) aswell as some ecu work (SAFC, remap, new ecu) in addition to the mods you have listed to make that power figure.

Ask for the dyno sheet.

maybe he has done more to it i just havnt asked the right questions lol my uncle is setting the car up 4 me im just takin his word for it lol crazy i know but my uncle is family and used to import cars so i trust him.

Realistically its about 175-180rwkw. Just stroking his appendage a bit. Nothing to worry about
