hey guys im attemping to fit a gredy copy plenum to my rb25 cefiro, ive hit a major snag mainly the clutch master cylinder lol, the rear section of the plenum fouls on the clutch master, ive "manouverd" the angle of the clutch master. ive also filed off some of the plenum itself in the problem section, still no luck... any idea's? anyone come across this problem? ive thought bought modifiyin the engine mounts to sit it lower therefore clearing the plenum, however im pretty sure its running to std ceffy crossmember so id have to modify the engine mount bracket... any suggestions at this stage will be taken on... cheers

hahaha, hey man. i just dropped a RB25det into my R32 using this plenum. thats one of the things that i found fowled. Dont go to the trouble of filing your plenum or modding the mounts. Just take the CMC out rather than manouver the angle (undo the clutch line under the car). you will need to disconnect the pin from your clutch pedal. its a big pin with a safety clip. then put the plenum in after the CMC is removed. Once the plenum is installed and hard up against the head. Its a tight fit, but you should be able to reinstall the CMC. Mine only has like 1mm clearance so i am hoping when the engine finally starts it doesnt smash it off when some torque comes into play. But then i may do what you have done and just grind a few extra mm off the plenum and it will clear for sure.

This is how i went about it, and i hope it helps your situation also.

Cheers.
