R32 Gtr Head Removal ?

I am planning to fit a 1.5mm head oil restrictor and change the turbos on my R32 GTR. The question is.... Is it possible or not, to remove the head with the inlet manifold, exhaust manifolds and turbos still attached ? Or, which way would be the easiest ? Any help please.
