My right steering rack end is bent. (the metal rods at the end)

I've acquired another steering rack and was wondering if it is possible to just replace the steering rack end instead of replacing the whole thing.

is this process hard?

I also have a lower control arm which needs replacing, I have the replacement part aswell and also wondering if it is easy to put in or is something that I should let the suspension shop do.

Thanks in advance

The rack end is able to be swapped and it is a much easier job than replacing the entire rack :)

Removal of the LCA isn't that hard either. Getting the ball joint out of the hub can be difficult if you need to keep it. If you don't, then just buy one of the cheap ball joint remover tools from repco or supercheap and bash it out.
