It should still be able to be modulated with the hot/cold settings, but the adjustments may be a little different towards hot or cold now. -

Hey lads, i've currently got a manual converted r34 GTT and im looking at upgrading my ecm to a haltec, link or motec. When looking at the plug and play ones its saying manual only options. Since its been converted from a auto will it be okay to run a manual only one or will that not fit / screw things up. Cheers -
Yeah, see....when you have this vs. this Then you get me recommending to just take it to an auto-electrician to save the possibility of setting it on fire.
