so sorry to hear dude. its absolute bullshit, and I dont believe for a second the cops couldnt have chased these guys. i got done down the coast a couple of months ago for apparently creating noise with my tyres (which was absolute crap, cos i was there, and i know i didnt spin the wheels) and they came speeding down the road at 100m/h and pulled me over.

also sucks about the market value for insurance. with all the parts taken, if they dot use them for their own shit, someone will def hear about these parts and should be able to provide info. no suprises about where they found the car.

It was found burnt out on Fourth Ave in Marsden. It was just in the ditch off the side of the road in front of a paddock, where there are no street lights. There are houses right across the road, but doubt they would've seen anything or heard anything as they are a fair distance from the road and have trees and bushes hiding the houses.

enough with the negativity, cheer kiddos. (im sorry im just glad its not me) but seriously everyone know u deserved better than this and if ne of us find out who they are-out come the bats :domokun:

just cheer up and have a good chrissy ok? and if u need help scoutin a line for nadeem-im here to help. always keepin my eye out for the parts on the tweed, dazza

Thanks Irish! We're not too sure what car we're going to get yet. My bluey comes out of the workshop hopefully today or tomorrow, so he'll have that at least, until we find him something else.

I also forgot that the rear of the car had been stripped too (taillights, garnish & bootlid strip), so i've added that to my list too.

LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it
    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
