You blokes seem to know a lot about Skylines and have some versions like the r31 that are near enough unknown in Britain.

I've been studying the technical sections for quite a while and now know just enough to get me into trouble so I might be asking some questions soon!

haha S2 R33 sedans make me giggle, they always remind me of two buxom scandinavians standing side by side in the cold in tight white t-shirts.

nice clean car mate, what's the sticker on the rear right buttcheek say? And does your neighbour really have a pink car?

Welcome buddy and nice car.

Give those headlights a polish and they'll look as good as new

Funky: His neighbour's car is burgundy; but the car across the road is definitely pink

Yeah , I can see the two Swedish birds , I like that ,well spotted!

The sticker just says Redline car imports ( thats where I bought it).

Yeah , the car across the road really is pink, I think its owned by one of the teenage girls who live there.

I know you are a long way away but if you know any other Aussies who have been to England ( especially Earls court)they will tell you about Essex girls

they are known for wearing white stilletos, driving "flashy" cars ( or having a boyfriend called Kevin or Wayne who has one) and going home with thier knickers in thier handbag!

The burgundy car belongs to the bloke next door , he's got no excuse!

what do you blokes think the best stuff to clean up the headlights with and what do you reckon about fitting HIDs ?

    • List it for $150k and see if you get any bites?
    • Yeah I'm terrible with understanding wiring. Outside of being given install instructions, I have a hard time deciphering diagrams and terminology. I have the wiring manual and its all hieroglyphs lol
    • Does the old one line up OK if you try to put it back in? In the 32 (different geometry) it is hard to reinsert the ball joint with the sway bar and spring attached. But ultimately.....this wouldn't be the first aftermarket part that is not right....
    • Yep and yep ! Every time I now take out the R33 I get a lot of thumbs up as well, and my car was also a daily until last year. Still get people coming up and asking about it. A while ago the most memorable being a V8 commodore driver who approached me in the bunnings carpark and asked me why the were so fast and what kind of V8 it had in it. Couldn't resist and told him they were only a straight six the same capacity as the 161 red motor. The look on his face was legendry. However the shine has gone off cause as well as the appreciation there is now a lot of harassment from other drivers in there VW/Nline/Ae86 with body kits or whatever the hell they are, while all I want to do is cruise.( well sort of drive with spirt ) I always try and get the hell away from them by driving slow, putting on my lawn bowling hat and leaning over the steering wheel to look as old fart as possible.
