Hey!

Got a bit of a dilemma and need to run an aftermarket fuel pump system in my r32 GTR. I’m chasing around the 450kW at the treads. The tuner said a twin bosch 044 setup is more than enough

Currently I have

800cc sard injectors

HKS twin feed fuel rail

T04Z garret turbo

2 x Bosch 044 fuel pumps

Sard furl reg

How do i run a serge tank system using the above components?

Has anyone got a similar set up?

I was thinkin of running the factory supply and return lines as BOTH SUPPLY, run another copper return line back to the tank.

Is this a good idea?

What options do i have?

Thanks

I've got pritty much the same fuel system, 800cc sards, dual entry rail, twin 044's etc, I'm running the stock fuel lines as feed lines from each 044 to each end of the dual rail and running a bigger -10 return line back to the surge tank.

seems to work ok... but the pumps do get hot after some driving / unused hot fuel returning from the engine bay.

In the process of making a new surge tank setup so the 044's are internally mounted in the surge tank and get cooled by the surrounding fuel.. maybe some kind of fuel cooler and running solid lines from the surge tank out of the boot as the fuel smell gets abit much if the cars left for awhile.

omg did u like, search?

another idea is to use your hicas lines, if ur removing it

or run a separate -8 return line and use the std lines as the feed
