Help On Conversion Rb20e+t Auto To Rb20det Manual

hey,

ive posted up of sd but no1 has responded so im still a bit confused, i have wiring diagrams for both the RB20e and the RB20det, the main problem is there are 3 plugs near the computer which would control air con and some power features and stuff all in behind the dash, because im doing the conversion on a nissan laurel and the engine and loom and stuff i got out of r32 some of those plugs dont line up, there are 2 green plugs on the rb20det loom and only 1 on the laurel loom, has any1 does this conversion before and do i need to start swapping plugs round etc?, anyways any help on looms would be great,
