A lot of people change them for other brands, like Nismo, HKS, Tomei etc

They are restrictive and definately worth changing - Swapping them out however is not an easy job.

Tomei are the pick if you do want to shell out for some replacements.

the standard pipes are very restrictive. But given how hard it is to change the dump pipes you might as well hold on until you change the turbos as well

well the motor is out atm thats why i was thinking of doing them now...

well that's different - change em for sure. And while you are there get rid of the turbos if they are standard. put in at least high flow standard turbos.
