Doesnt matter what version you get, they are all the same, been using this site for a while now, has some realy good deals. Just make sure you get no region protection.

If you have a ps3 you dont have to worry about region protection. But yeah play-asia is good!

PC & PS3 games don't have region locks.

360 & Wii does :D (PAL, NTSC US, NTSC JP)

Theres a lot of 360 games that are region free, like Rainbow 6 Vegas 2, Bioshock, Call of Duty 4 etc...

And for the Wii, you can get the Wii Freeloader that enables games of any region to be played on a PAL console, ive got one and play Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it works a treat.

I want to get a freeloader to play Brawl but have heard on some forums that Mario Mart might disable the freeloader from working so I think I might hold off till it gets released here. (if it ever does)

There was also a rumour that the latest Wii update would disable the Freeloader, but ive got the update and nothings happened so far...

Which version of the Wii do you have?

As far as I know, there are 3 different versions of wii (1st one is from Lah10000000 - Lah10159999, 2nd from Lah10160000 - Lah10215999 & 3rd "newest" is from Lah10216000 onwards).

And from what I have read, the new version, which is the one I have don't support the freeloader, but I could be wrong.

Just went to mod shop & they say it would cost $200 to chip the new wiis >_>"

There goes saving money again...

personaly id rather pay the extra 10 or 20 dollers and get the case and manual and all that bollocks, lot more work to save a few dollers... but were all different,

I got my copy of COD4 for $70, and it comes just as it would from k-mart etc for $110-$120 :P

Well i bought mine in Feb (Possibly May?) and its - LAH10364941, and the Freeloader is still running like a charm... and Smash Bros Brawl is still 100% playable.

Well, It appears freeloader does work with the 3rd revision of the wii

I guess its only the mod chips (the 1st gen ones like wiikey) doesn't

ummm i think because the aussie $ can fluctuate depending on the market or whatever, it can possibly change, They correctly convert the US$ amount to the AUS$ amount though... so whatever it says its gonna cost, is whatever you pay, basically...

P.S. im not sure about an AUS bank account... i pay via Visa Debit... works fine for me...
