r32u
Hey put a rb20 turbo setup on my rb25 and got gtr injectors and dyno tuned. Made 150kw but was missing got new plugs and drives mint. But when it idles it is either at 1100 or 2000. It also uses so much fuel $25 gets me 40km and it seems to be getting less. I've taken apart the aac valve and cleaned that but it makes it better for a little while. Cleaned afm and have wasted spark setup. Any ideas Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/214556-bad-fuel-economy-and-idle-probablm/ Share on other sites

siddr20
uh? so you have a r32 with rb25 motor? You got correct ecu in there? If so which one? For better fuel economy change 02 sensors, put the correct heat range plugs, and clean your afm. But if you saying that you only get 40kms out of 25bucks, then you got a serious problem. You sure theres no leak in the fuel tank? Coz 25bucks worth of fuel and you get 40kms is BADDDDDDDDDDDD OR could it be that your dash speedo thingy is broken? paulr33
replace the 02 sensor - you can't clean it its a cheap part and its soley responsibility along with the ecu is to save fuel Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/214556-bad-fuel-economy-and-idle-probablm/#findComment-3791562 Share on other sites
