Custom black leather interior (told from previous owner cost $4k)

Elec windows, A/C , central locking

Has had full professional detail and brand new darkest legal tint in January

Engine:

*Rebuilt gen2 3sge from jap st182 celica - rebuilt by myself (4th year app. mechanic) with ACL bearings and rings.Gates triming belt, new waterpump + thermostat, new seals throughout (slightly higher comp pistons due to jap engine) Engine had approx 80,000kms on it before i stripped it down, but it was the cleanest, most unmarked used engine i have ever seen the inside of.

*Remote oil filter

*Honed black

*Head has been ported, polished, port-matched, valves and seats reground, new stem seals and reshim, slight skim. Cams are slightly bigger too due to jap engine and have documents to prove

*Microtech LT10s and X4 ignition module with 4 m* bosch coils + 5 line hand controller

*makes 93kw atw as is. With madrel exhaust and a better tune 100 atw is not out of reach. All necessary items here for big cams or turbo upgrade!

*Ultrasonically cleaned injectors, new seals etc

*Genie extractors 4-2-1 into 2.25" press bent sports exhaust with twin tips (not loud or drone at all - legal dB)

Massive bosch alternator

starter from st202 with approx 2,000kms use

Suspension, Brakes, Driveline:

Exedy HD clutch kit

beams 6kg factory flywheel

st202/beams LSD double synchro gearbox(to be installed - can do for buyer)

KYB shocks with standard height king springs all round

18mm rear whiteline sway bar

Twin spot GT4 calipers on front

15*7 lightweight rims with Yokohama a539s. 50% tread on rears, 70% tread on fronts

Car has done about 3000kms on engine no problem, with correct run-in procedures and changes of oil/filter regularly. Run in on Valvoline run-in oil and changed with filter at 50kms, 100, 250, 500. Changed to Mobil S at 1000kms and have repeated once more since then. Flushed with genuine Mercedes coolant and brake/clutch fluid

*Blaupunkt HU installed with matching 6*9s in MDF/carpetted rear shelf.

Will not have LSD box installed but will come with car along with spare looms, starter, trim bits, GT4 turbo, and manifold, wastegate actuator etc etc.

Images:

still needs sticker kit to be made up for rear spoiler and RHR quarter, but is in the works still.

car still for sale and would love to see it gone ASAP.

engine has done 6,000kms no hitches. LSD box is now installed and locks up a treat. Power steering has been fixed, with new lines + no leaks!

Plenty more missed.

    • Yep, it was only an option on the Q50 Hybrid.  Same in Japan as far as I know. And doesn't use a centre diff like the Suby's do, so not the same as the WRX.  But it also isn't a reactive AWD like other Nissan AWD vehicles are, eg. Murano/Xtrail/etc.
    • You should have got a Maine Coone then. Only thing is they're big. But so cool, and just like a dog. Or, just get yourself a high performance dog. That'll teach you for wanting Parkour indoors 😛
    • Are you thinking of Bens R32? I don't remember if his went through the bonnet itself, but it went through the chassis rail. Brad (RISKIN) bought it, and turned it into a track car. It's funny how anti people are of Jim Berry now. I remember when I pulled mine out (during an engine change) and inspected it and found it cracking badly. At that point in time so many people were even on SAU, were so pro Jim Berry, and that was after Bens GTR exploded his quite publically.
    • That's one of the reasons I got that breed, they look weird, the other reasons are they small, they are very vocal, and run around like they are on crack, I didn't want a breed that just sits around, these two are like kids on red cordial  My daughter has one, and it's a laugh riot, constantly doing Parkour around the house, sits on her shoulder, plays catch, and constantly runs around the house taking turns chasing the dog around, her Bermese though, just lays around with constant bitch face, and just looks on in utter disgust at the cat and dog playing together
    • I'm getting PTSD flashbacks seeing that name again.  With my turbo swift, I got 1,500km of street use on a Jim Berry clutch before it exploded and took out my input shaft with it.
