29th of March I had a member ***EDITED PM OP FOR THE INFO*** interested in some parts off my skyline..

I drove to kalamunda from balcatta to pull them off the car

brought them home and took pictures of the parts which was basically a boot carpet and the handles inside the roof lining..

I offered to drop them at his house for 20 bucks and I said I will do it this saturday. he was wrapped and said he would be home

Drove from wundowie to balcatta to pick up these parts..then to his house in applecross and people were home but they wouldnt answer the door so I left them at his door being a nice guy that I am and sent him a PM of my account details to deposit into my account. I trusted him as he seemed like a nice guy. he posted up a reply in a thread he was very happy with the product and it was a big help

I have been chasing this guy for a measly $20 since the start of April and he will not reply to my PM's

I am about to rock up on his doorstep if I dont see it within the next week. I know its only 20 bucks but its the principal of effort I went to, to help out a member.

so just a warning out there. and if your reading this ***EDITED PM OP FOR THE INFO*** a good mate of mine is a police officer and we will both be on your doorstep collecting the money if you dont deposit it quick smart.

on a good note tho to my suprise is the price of smokes has been dropping.. was paying 12.50-13 for a pack of PJ black's however paid 11 for a pack this monrning :D at least the price of some things is dropping slowly

money trouble?..fuel prices have gone up..haha

Even if it was money trouble, the least he could do is reply and explain that. I'm sure 90% of people here would be understanding, but getting no reply is just stupid.

***EDITED PM OP FOR THE INFO*** is a cool bloke sure he would have some explaination. But come defaming his name over 20$ on a public forum.. should have just got your "police friend" to go and waste some police time and make him get it before making this thread. But what makes you think anyone will open the door for him if they didnt for you? i mean it isnt like they can be arrested.

    • Thanks for that mate always a good help
    • It's not really a calibration issue, if the voltage is really at 2V. If the voltage is 2V, then that's what the TPS is putting out, and the Haltech is seeing that and 2V is about 40% open (you know, between 0.45v being closed and something close to 4.5V being fully open). So, that would suggest that the TPS is maladjusted, on crooked, something something something. Or a wire problem.
    • Hi guys my TPS voltage is reading over 2v at idle.  My Haltech ECU is reading around 40% throttle position at idle also which is really strange. Note the actual throttle position sensor is brand new…    anyone have any experience with this or know how to calibrate it on Haltech ?
    • The OEM disk will not work on any AEM ECU, you need to use the one they made. You shouldn't have to flip the CAS or whatever you were describing, if you set the ignition sync offset correctly it can't backfire. Make sure you're using a spark plug lead on coil 1 instead of the timing loop to avoid weird issues with the timing light. Double check that your timing settings are actually correct, like is the 24 tooth configured correct or should it actually be 12 teeth for 1 crank revolution?
