R33 Guage Cluster

Hey all. So I've got this white guage cluster, few question withs it. There is a clear plastic film across the front of the dials and its got air bubbles between it adn the guage face. From what I can tell it doesn't do anything, except there are these connectors that join onto the side of the plastic faces that I dont know what they do. There is also a controller with it that changes the colour of the light behind the face? Apparently it can go from blue to green to white etc. I have no idea how to install this. Any help would be awesome. Thanks.
